Langham in Rutland
Walking & Cycling
For those who enjoy walking or cycling in the countryside, there is plenty of scope around Langham in all directions, with clearly marked footpaths. A particularly pleasant footpath leads along a ridge to the north (Loudall Lane) with a fine view on both sides, or it is possible to continue north to the next village. Following on the ridge path leads to a minor road back to Langham, or another path can be used for a wider circuit through farmland. To view this and other local walks please visit the Walk4life web site by selecting this link. On the south side a walk can be made up ‘Mill Hill’ with further scope for walking in a number of directions. For those who want to exercise their dogs in comparative safety, there is a minor road out of the village which has very little traffic.
